Refund policy
All sales are final. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I will work with you to find the best solution for all parties involved. No returns will be accepted for reasons due to lack of care for jewelry post-purchase by the wearer.
As everything is handmade by me, on the off chance something breaks due to defect, I will repair or replace the piece promptly. If there is a production error, I am happy to exchange the item for a replacement. If the item breaks a second time, I will charge a repair fee and also confirm that there is no user error occurring.
